Clear-Span Sheds
Column-free floor area where the process needs an uninterrupted run.
- Column-free internal span
- Span set by the process, not by a catalogue
- Crane loads considered at design stage where applicable
- IS 800 design basis

Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) & Heavy Fabrication
Clear-span and multi-bay industrial sheds built to your process rather than to a standard size — designed, fabricated and erected by one organisation.
Service information
A shed bought off a size chart is a shed the process has to work around — a column where a line should run, a clear height that will not take the crane you buy next year. We size the structure to what happens inside it: the equipment, the material flow, the lifting, and the expansion you can already see coming.
Fabrication is in-house across our two Nashik plants, and erection is ours too. That matters most on a shed, where the programme is usually tight and the site is usually live — one organisation planning the erection sequence against your access and your shutdown window.

What we make
Any one of these can be contracted on its own, or the whole interior delivered under a single award against one drawing set and one schedule. Everything listed is manufactured, supplied and installed by us — not sub-let after award.
Column-free floor area where the process needs an uninterrupted run.
Repeated bays where the floor plan allows internal columns and the economics favour them.
Paired structures sharing a valley or a column line, for phased or split operations.
Straightforward covered area — storage, godown and general-purpose structures.
Standards & compliance
Wording here is deliberate: we design and manufacture to these criteria.

Certificates held
The certificates from our register that apply to this work, each with its issuing body and certificate number. Nothing here is a claim we have not been audited for.
Certificates held Not what we design to — what we are audited and licensed for, with the certificate number on each.
Why Finex
Design, fabrication and site erection under one contract. The alternative is a fabricator, an erector and an argument about which of them owns a misaligned bay.
Cutting, forming, welding and finishing happen across our two plants in Dindori, Nashik — more than 1,00,000 sq. ft. — so nothing waits on an outside vendor between stages.
The load cases, the design code and the site conditions come with your drawing set, and we engineer to what is issued rather than to a house standard.
Our ISO certificates are scoped to furniture, and we say so on this page rather than letting a badge imply cover it does not have. What applies here is stated per page.
FAQ
If yours is not here, ask — we would rather answer it properly.
The design basis comes with the tender — the load cases, the governing code and the site conditions are issued with the drawing set and we engineer to what is issued. In India that is normally IS 800 for the steel design, IS 875 Parts 1 to 5 for dead, imposed, wind and snow loads, IS 1893 for seismic, and IS 2062 for the plate and section material. If you want the codes and load assumptions confirmed for a specific enquiry before you shortlist us, ask and we will state them in writing for that scope.
Yes, and it has to be decided before the frame is designed rather than after. Crane loads change the column, the gantry and the bracing. Tell us the crane capacity and span you have or plan to buy, and we will engineer for it — retrofitting a gantry into a frame that was not designed for one is expensive and sometimes impossible.
Clear-span gives you a column-free floor and costs more steel; multi-bay puts columns inside and costs less. The right answer is whichever the process can live with. If material moves across the full width, or a crane runs the full span, that usually decides it — send the layout and we will say which we would design and why.
Civil work is a separate service line and can be contracted alongside this one — that is the point of the turnkey arrangement. What we will not do is leave the interface undefined: the anchor bolt setting plan and the loads to the foundation come from our design, and the boundary is written into the contract rather than discovered at site.
Send the drawing set, the bill of quantities or the tender document. You get back a priced scope and a dated programme against your milestones, and we will tell you plainly if any part of the scope is outside what we manufacture rather than quoting it and buying it in later.
A tender number, a specification or a drawing set — we will confirm what we can build and by when, within two working days.
