What this covers.
Defence work leaves no room for interpretation. A shelter is either to specification or it is rejected, and a schedule slip on an estate project is expensive for everyone involved. We fabricate, fit out and deliver defence infrastructure from our own plants in Nashik, with inspection built into each stage rather than bolted on at the end.
Everything on this page can be delivered on its own or folded into a single turnkey contract alongside our other service lines — one drawing set, one schedule and one signature at handover.

01 Understand the Requirement
We begin by understanding the project requirements, site conditions, specifications and expected outcomes before moving into execution.
02 Design & Plan
Drawings, materials, specifications and execution plans are developed and reviewed to establish a clear path from concept to manufacturing.
03 Manufacture & Execute
Fabrication and manufacturing are carried out at our facilities with quality checks at key stages, followed by controlled site execution.
04 Deliver & Handover
Installation, commissioning, testing and documentation are completed before final handover, with support through project completion.

Questions
What buyers ask us first.
Mobile and modular medical shelters, radar and communication shelters, EMI/EMC shielded enclosures, containerised and skid-mounted units, structural and sheet-metal defence fabrication, and surface treatment and protective coating. Four of those have their own pages with the standards and photographs for each.
We manufacture to the specification and drawing set issued with the tender, and we say "to" deliberately — conformance to a specification and registration as an approved vendor are two different things, and buyers are right to check which one they are being offered. Send us the tender number and we will put our current registration position in writing before you spend any more time evaluating us.
ISO 13485, the medical device quality management system, is the one worth knowing about — it applies to the medical shelters and to the medical furniture that goes inside them, and it is uncommon among shelter manufacturers. Alongside it we hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and MSME ZED Gold. Every certificate number, issuing body and validity date is published on our certifications page.
Both, where the contract asks for both. A shelter that leaves our plant as a shell to be finished by someone else is three schedules and two accountabilities; that is exactly the arrangement we exist to replace. What is in scope is fixed by the drawing set, and we state the boundary in the quotation rather than discovering it at site.
Send the drawing set, the bill of quantities or just the tender document. We come back with a priced scope and a dated programme against your milestones, and we will tell you plainly if any part of the scope is outside what we manufacture rather than quoting it and sub-letting it later.
