Service information
An institution’s offices get fitted out after the teaching space, on whatever is left, and it shows. We treat the administrative block as its own scope: workstations that suit the way the department actually works, cabins that carry the seniority they are meant to, and meeting rooms sized to the meetings that happen in them.
This is also the product class our ISO 9001 certificate is scoped to — BN22475/21523 covers office tables, chairs and benches specifically. On our defence and railway pages that same certificate needs a caveat about scope. Here it does not.

Why Finex
Four BIS Standard Mark licences against the Indian Standards for work chairs, tables, storage and bunk beds — product-level approvals with their own CM/L numbers, published with the numbers on them.
The education range holds an Ergonomic Design and Performance assessment from the All India Occupational Therapists’ Association, certificate AIOTA/ERG/C-206/2025-26.
A GreenPro Ecolabel from the CII, a GRIHA Product Catalogue listing and FSC Chain of Custody for timber — three separate registers a tender can check independently.
Steel forming, welding, powder coating, upholstery and assembly all happen across our two plants in Dindori, Nashik — so a campus order is one schedule and one delivery programme, not a chain of suppliers.

It is scoped to it. Certificate BN22475/21523 covers office tables, beds, chairs and benches — so for this product class the certificate says exactly what a buyer would want it to say. We are explicit about that here because on our defence and railway pages the same certificate carries a note that its scope is furniture and those products are not; we would rather state the limit than let a buyer assume past it.
Yes — workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, seating and storage from one manufacturer on one programme. Send the floor plan and the headcount per department and we will lay it out and price it against that rather than against a schedule of rates.
Yes — most institutional orders are. Send the drawing, the room layout or just the quantities and the sizes you need. Where an item is a variation on a model covered by one of our BIS licences we will say so, and where it is a fresh design we will say that too, because the two are not the same thing on a tender document.
