A fire door only works as an assembly. The leaf, the frame, the hinges, the closer, the latch and the intumescent and smoke seals all have to be right together, and all have to be installed the way the assembly was designed. Supplying a leaf and leaving the rest to site is where most fire doors quietly stop performing.
We manufacture the whole set in our own plants — pressed galvanised steel leaves with an insulating core, matching frames, and the ironmongery specified for the opening — then install it and hand it over as one item.

Yes. Sets are built to the approved drawing and the measured opening for that contract rather than from a fixed size list. Send the schedule and we will confirm against it.
