Finex designs and manufactures interior systems for modern railway networks — from local transit stock to high-speed express coaches. The range is engineered to be high-strength, lightweight and fire-retardant, so it survives heavy public use while keeping weight off the rolling stock and time out of assembly and refurbishment.
Every line is built to RDSO specifications and the approved IR / ICF / LHB drawing set, with fire performance to EN 45545. Because seating, FRP, panelling and fittings are all made in our own plants near Nashik — more than 1,00,000 sq. ft. across two units — a division can order the whole interior against one drawing set and one schedule instead of coordinating separate suppliers against a single inspection date.

Components are engineered and tested against EN 45545 for fire performance and toxicity, alongside RDSO requirements. Test certification is agreed and confirmed per contract before supply — ask us for the current position on any standard you intend to specify.
Yes. The cabins are pre-fabricated as self-contained units in high-grade FRP and arrive ready to install, which is what takes time out of coach manufacture and refurbishment. Seamless surfaces mean no leakage paths and no damage from harsh cleaning agents.
Yes, and that is the point of the range. Seating, FRP cabins, panelling, racks, bio-tanks and fittings are all manufactured by us, so the interior can be ordered against one drawing set and one schedule rather than coordinated across separate suppliers.
They are composite rather than solid — impact-resistant panels that carry thermal and acoustic insulation at a fraction of the mass. That matters on rolling stock, where every kilogram of interior is a kilogram the traction has to move for the life of the coach.
