Turnkey is the reason Finex exists. When the steel, the interiors and the civil work come from one organisation, there is one drawing set, one schedule and one name on the handover certificate — and no gap between vendors for a project to fall into.

From requirement to delivery.
The same four stages on every contract, so you always know what has been approved, what is in the plant and what is still open.
01 Understand the Requirement
We begin by understanding the project requirements, site conditions, specifications and expected outcomes before moving into execution.
02 Design & Plan
Drawings, materials, specifications and execution plans are developed and reviewed to establish a clear path from concept to manufacturing.
03 Manufacture & Execute
Fabrication and manufacturing are carried out at our facilities with quality checks at key stages, followed by controlled site execution.
04 Deliver & Handover
Installation, commissioning, testing and documentation are completed before final handover, with support through project completion.

What buyers ask us first.
Tender documentation and technical submissions, design, drawings and departmental approvals, manufacture across all three disciplines, civil, electrical and mechanical coordination, site execution and installation, and commissioning, documentation and handover. Two sub-service areas sit under it: civil construction, and project management consultancy.
That is the reason the organisation is built the way it is. Fabrication, furniture and construction all run from our own two plants in Dindori, Nashik, totalling more than 1,00,000 sq. ft., so a department can place one contract instead of three and get one drawing set, one schedule and one signature on the handover certificate.
Yes — project management consultancy has its own page and can be contracted on its own. Most of our work is the other shape, where we manage a project we are also manufacturing for, but the two are separable and we will say which one a given enquiry actually needs.
The drawings and technical submissions made for the tender and revised through the approval cycle, stage records from the plant, and the commissioning and handover documentation at the end. What we hand over is fixed in the contract, and we would rather agree the document list before award than negotiate it at handover.
Not by name on this website, and for a reason. Most of our work is for government departments and naming a buyer needs their written consent, which we are collecting.
