Smart classrooms change how a room is used: seating moves, groups form and break, and the board and the storage have to work with that rather than against it. We manufacture the whole set — desks, chairs, boards, shelving and the storage that keeps a flexible room from becoming a cluttered one — so the pieces are dimensionally consistent and arrive together.
Everything is made across our two plants in Dindori, Nashik: steel forming and welding, powder coating, upholstery and assembly under one roof. That is what lets a school or a department place one order against one schedule instead of matching deliveries from four suppliers.

Why Finex
Four BIS Standard Mark licences against the Indian Standards for work chairs, tables, storage and bunk beds — product-level approvals with their own CM/L numbers, published with the numbers on them.
The education range holds an Ergonomic Design and Performance assessment from the All India Occupational Therapists’ Association, certificate AIOTA/ERG/C-206/2025-26.

Licensed. We hold BIS Standard Mark licences against IS 17631 for work chairs, IS 17633 for tables and desks, IS 17634 for storage units and IS 17636 for bunk beds, each with its own CM/L number published on our certifications page. A licence covers a named lead model and the models in that family — so if you need a specific item confirmed as covered, ask and we will tell you which licence it sits under.
The All India Occupational Therapists’ Association assessed our education furniture range against ergonomic design and performance criteria and issued certificate AIOTA/ERG/C-206/2025-26. Four further ranges — healthcare, office, seating and storage — are assessed separately under their own certificates. It is an independent assessment of the range, not a claim about a single item.
Yes — most institutional orders are. Send the drawing, the room layout or just the quantities and the sizes you need. Where an item is a variation on a model covered by one of our BIS licences we will say so, and where it is a fresh design we will say that too, because the two are not the same thing on a tender document.
It can contribute. We hold a GreenPro Ecolabel from the Confederation of Indian Industry, a GRIHA Product Catalogue listing against GRIHA v.2015 criterion 31, and FSC Chain of Custody certification for timber under licence code FSC-C221650. Those contribute towards GRIHA and IGBC credits — the rating is awarded to the building, not to the furniture, and any supplier telling you their chair is "LEED certified" is describing something that does not exist.
Send the bill of quantities, the room schedule or the tender document. You get back a priced scope against your line items and a dated delivery programme, and we will tell you plainly if any part of it is outside what we manufacture rather than quoting it and buying it in later.
