Service information
A working hospital, not just a building.
A hospital only functions when the support departments work as well as the clinical ones. We build and fit out the whole envelope: entrance and corridors, consulting cabins, laboratories, meeting rooms, kitchens and canteens, changing rooms, washrooms, stores, housekeeping, security and mortuary.
Partition systems, doors, flooring, ceilings, joinery and the furniture that goes into each room are manufactured in our own plants, so the fit-out is scheduled against the civil programme rather than chased separately after it.

Both, depending on the contract. We take civil and structural scope as well as the internal fit-out, and either can be ordered on its own. Where we do both, the fit-out is scheduled against the civil programme rather than tendered separately afterwards.
Yes. Phased work in a live building is normal for us — we agree the sequence, the isolation and the working hours with the department before we start, so one wing stays in service while another is being handed over.
It can be. Beds, lockers, trolleys, cupboards and waiting furniture are manufactured in our own plants, so a modular hospital contract can include the furniture rather than leaving it to a second supplier and a second delivery date.
Our plants are at Gut No. 243/1B, Pimpalnare, Dindori, Nashik, Maharashtra – 422004. We deliver projects pan-India from there.
