A complete mobile medical facility in a 20-foot container.
The Finex MMTS-R1 is a containerised NATO Role-1 medical treatment system delivering rapid-deployment casualty triage, stabilisation and temporary holding capability. It is designed for the Indian Army, AFMS, NDRF, SDRF, disaster management authorities and UN missions, and provides a complete mobile medical facility within a 20-foot ISO container.
The interior is organised as a casualty workflow rather than a room: a triage zone at the entry, an assessment zone with the examination table, a holding zone with two folding patient beds, and an equipment zone carrying the oxygen manifold, the electrical and UPS panels and the HVAC controls. Cable management is designed to keep stretcher paths clear.

Role-1 is the first level of medical care in the NATO scheme — triage, immediate life-saving stabilisation and short-term holding before evacuation to a higher role. The MMTS-R1 delivers that in a deployable container, and its architecture is designed to upgrade to Role-2 capability through modular enhancements.
Within 45 minutes with a trained crew: offload and level, connect the 400 V and 230 V supplies, energise the distribution panel and verify UPS status, start the HVAC and let it stabilise, arrange the interior zones, open the oxygen cylinders and set manifold pressure, then verify lighting and equipment.
Externally mounted D-size cylinders of 5 L water capacity, manifold-fed to three outlets, sized for continuous Role-1 operations. Supply lines are routed away from high-temperature and electrical hazard zones, with non-return valves, medical gas regulators and a UPS-backed low-pressure alarm.
That is what the 2.5 TR Defence Air Conditioning Unit is sized for: 22 °C ± 2 °C internally against an external range of −20 °C to +55 °C, with ceiling diffusers, return grilles, multi-stage filtration and an insulation strategy that prevents interior surface condensation.
