Fabrication is a documentation problem as much as a metal one.
Anyone can cut and weld steel. What separates a fabricator you can put on a government tender is whether the material is traceable, the welding is to a qualified procedure, and the records exist at handover rather than being reconstructed afterwards. We work that way because the alternative fails at inspection.
The plants cover the sequence in-house — plate laser cutting, forming, welding, assembly and surface finishing — so a job does not wait on an outside vendor between stages and the quality record stays in one place.

What we make
What we manufacture and deliver.
Any one of these can be contracted on its own, or the whole interior delivered under a single award against one drawing set and one schedule. Everything listed is manufactured, supplied and installed by us — not sub-let after award.
Custom Fabrication
Made-to-drawing fabrication, from single assemblies to repeat production runs.
Fabricated to your drawing and specification
One-off assemblies and repeat runs
Material to IS 2062 or as specified
Dimensional checks against the drawing before dispatch
Plate Cutting & Profiling
Laser cutting and profiling for accurate, repeatable parts.
Plate laser cutting
Profiled parts to the cutting file
Repeatable across a production run
Nesting to reduce material waste
Welding & Assembly
Welding to qualified procedures, with the joint type set by the drawing rather than by habit.
Flux-cored and other processes as the joint requires
Welding to the procedure named in your specification
Assembly and fit-up before final welding
Weld inspection to the tender requirement
Surface Finishing
Preparation and coating — the part that decides how the steel looks in ten years.
Abrasive blast cleaning to the specified grade
Primer and finish coats to the specification
Coating carried out in-house
Finish records with the delivery
Fabricated Equipment Supply
Complete fabricated items supplied as equipment rather than as loose steel.
Complete assemblies rather than parts
Fabricated to the equipment drawing
Finished and ready to install
Delivered with its documentation

Standards & compliance
Built to the standards this work is inspected against.
Wording here is deliberate: we design and manufacture to these criteria.
MaterialIS 2062 — hot-rolled structural steel, grade as specified in the drawing set.
Structural design where we designIS 800:2007.
Weldingto the qualified procedure named in the tender or specification.
Surface preparationabrasive blast cleaning to the grade specified before coating.
Cold-formed sectionsIS 811 where light-gauge members are used.
Scope notethe codes above are the design and fabrication basis this work is engineered and inspected to. They are not third-party certification of it. Our ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 50001 certificates are scoped to furniture manufacture and do not extend to structural steel; MSME ZED Gold and the Lean certification are plant-level and do. Every certificate and its scope is published on our certifications page.

Design, fabrication and site erection under one contract. The alternative is a fabricator, an erector and an argument about which of them owns a misaligned bay.
02
Fabricated in our own plants
Cutting, forming, welding and finishing happen across our two plants in Dindori, Nashik — more than 1,00,000 sq. ft. — so nothing waits on an outside vendor between stages.
03
Designed to the code set you issue
The load cases, the design code and the site conditions come with your drawing set, and we engineer to what is issued rather than to a house standard.
04
Honest about certificate scope
Our ISO certificates are scoped to furniture, and we say so on this page rather than letting a badge imply cover it does not have. What applies here is stated per page.
FAQ
Questions we get on this scope.
If yours is not here, ask — we would rather answer it properly.
Yes — that is most of this work. Send the drawing set and the specification, including the material grade, the welding requirement and the finish. If anything in it is outside what we do we will say so before quoting rather than after award.
Material is supplied against the grade named in your drawing set, and the certification that comes with it is handed over with the work. If your tender requires a specific traceability regime — heat numbers carried through to the finished assembly, for instance — tell us at enquiry stage so it is priced and planned rather than retrofitted.
To whatever the tender requires. Visual inspection is standard; where the specification calls for non-destructive testing we arrange it and the results form part of the handover pack. Tell us the requirement and it is priced in rather than added later.
Yes. Preparation and coating happen in our own plants, which is what keeps the finish consistent across a large order and keeps the record in one place — the two things that stop being true the moment fabrication and coating sit with different suppliers.
Send the drawing set, the bill of quantities or the tender document. You get back a priced scope and a dated programme against your milestones, and we will tell you plainly if any part of the scope is outside what we manufacture rather than quoting it and buying it in later.
Send us the drawing.
A tender number, a specification or a drawing set — we will confirm what we can build and by when, within two working days.
