On a government project the civil work is usually the piece that has to co-ordinate with everything else — the steel that lands on the foundation, the services that run through the slab, the fit-out that follows the handover. Splitting it from the rest is how programmes slip and how interfaces become disputes.
We deliver civil work as part of the same contract as the fabrication and the furniture, from our organisation in Dindori, Nashik. One drawing set, one schedule, and a defined boundary written into the contract rather than discovered at site.

Why Finex
Fabrication, furniture and construction all run from our own two plants, so a department can place one contract and get one drawing set, one schedule and one signature on the handover certificate.
Technical submissions, approval drawings and handover documentation prepared in the format the department works in, and revised through the approval cycle rather than assembled at the end.
Where our scope starts and stops is fixed in the contract. Most turnkey disputes are interface disputes, and they are cheaper to settle on paper before award than on site after it.
Our ISO certificates are scoped to furniture and we say so on these pages rather than letting a badge imply cover it does not have.

Where the tender is issued on them, yes — CPWD Specifications and the applicable CPWD or State Schedule of Rates are the basis we price and execute against. Send the tender document and we will price against the schedule it names rather than against our own.
Because on most of our projects the civil work is not standing alone — it carries steel we fabricated and precedes fit-out we supply. Buying those from one organisation removes the interfaces where programmes usually slip. Where the civil work genuinely is standalone, a specialist may well be the better answer, and we will say so.
Not by name on this website, and for a reason. Most of our work is for government departments, and naming a buyer needs their written consent — which we are in the process of collecting. If you are evaluating us for a tender today, ask: we will send relevant references, drawings and certificates directly rather than publishing them without permission.
The technical submissions and drawings made for the tender and revised through the approval cycle, stage records through execution, and the commissioning and handover documentation at completion. What is in that pack is fixed in the contract — we would rather agree the document list before award than negotiate it at handover.

You get back a priced scope against your line items and a dated programme against your milestones, and we will say plainly if any part of the scope sits outside what we deliver rather than quoting it and sub-letting it after award.
