What this covers.
Fire safety is the part of a building that gets audited hardest and noticed least. We supply and install the rated doors, the fighting systems and the detection together, so the interfaces between them are our problem rather than yours — and so the commissioning documentation arrives as one set.
Everything on this page can be delivered on its own or folded into a single turnkey contract alongside our other service lines — one drawing set, one schedule and one signature at handover.

01 Understand the Requirement
We begin by understanding the project requirements, site conditions, specifications and expected outcomes before moving into execution.
02 Design & Plan
Drawings, materials, specifications and execution plans are developed and reviewed to establish a clear path from concept to manufacturing.
03 Manufacture & Execute
Fabrication and manufacturing are carried out at our facilities with quality checks at key stages, followed by controlled site execution.
04 Deliver & Handover
Installation, commissioning, testing and documentation are completed before final handover, with support through project completion.

Questions
What buyers ask us first.
Fire-rated doors and frames, hydrant and sprinkler systems, fire detection and alarm systems, smoke management and ventilation, fire-rated partitions and enclosures, and testing, commissioning and handover documentation. Five sub-service pages cover the door sets, the compliance work and installation and maintenance.
We do not publish a rating, and that is a deliberate decision rather than an omission. A fire rating means the standard it was tested to, the laboratory that issued the certificate and the certificate number — not a number in a brochure. Until those test certificates are in hand for a given door set we will not print a figure. Ask us for the current test status of the specific set you are specifying and you will get a straight answer.
ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety, ISO 14001 for environmental management, and MSME ZED Gold from the Ministry of MSME. Those are audited management systems, published with certificate numbers and validity dates — they say how we manufacture, not how a door performs in a furnace. We keep the two apart on purpose.
Both, where the contract includes it. Installation, testing, commissioning and the handover documentation are part of the published scope of this service line, and there is a dedicated installation and maintenance page for the ongoing side of it.
Send the drawing set, the bill of quantities or just the tender document. We come back with a priced scope and a dated programme against your milestones, and we will tell you plainly if any part of the scope is outside what we manufacture rather than quoting it and sub-letting it later.
