Ministry of Health
What this covers.
Hospital project cells work to a commissioning date that rarely moves. Prefabrication is how that date gets met: the block is built and checked in our plant while the site is still being prepared, then assembled and commissioned on site. We build to NABH design criteria and hand over with the documentation the department needs.
Everything on this page can be delivered on its own or folded into a single turnkey contract alongside our other service lines — one drawing set, one schedule and one signature at handover.

How it gets built
From requirement to delivery.
The same four stages on every contract, so you always know what has been approved, what is in the plant and what is still open.
01 Understand the Requirement
We begin by understanding the project requirements, site conditions, specifications and expected outcomes before moving into execution.
02 Design & Plan
Drawings, materials, specifications and execution plans are developed and reviewed to establish a clear path from concept to manufacturing.
03 Manufacture & Execute
Fabrication and manufacturing are carried out at our facilities with quality checks at key stages, followed by controlled site execution.
04 Deliver & Handover
Installation, commissioning, testing and documentation are completed before final handover, with support through project completion.

Questions
What buyers ask us first.
Prefabricated and modular hospital blocks, modular operation theatres to NABH design criteria, ICU and HDU infrastructure, medical gas pipeline systems, hospital furniture and storage, and hygienic wall, ceiling and flooring systems. Six sub-service pages carry the detail, including the fire fighting system for a hospital block.
Yes — ISO 13485:2016, the medical device quality management system, certificate BN24367/23386 issued by BSCIC Certifications and valid to February 2029. It sits alongside ISO 9001, ISO 14001, MSME ZED Gold and an ergonomic assessment of our healthcare furniture range by the All India Occupational Therapists’ Association. All twenty certificates are published with their numbers and dates.
We design and manufacture to NABH design criteria, and we hand over the drawings, test records and documentation the assessment asks for. What we will not do is state that a block is accredited — accreditation is granted to the hospital by NABH after assessment, not to the manufacturer of the room, and any supplier telling you otherwise is describing something else.
That is the reason the organisation is built the way it is. Fabrication, furniture and construction all run from our own two plants in Dindori, Nashik, totalling more than 1,00,000 sq. ft., so a department can place one contract instead of three and get one drawing set, one schedule and one signature on the handover certificate.
Send the drawing set, the bill of quantities or just the tender document. We come back with a priced scope and a dated programme against your milestones, and we will tell you plainly if any part of the scope is outside what we manufacture rather than quoting it and sub-letting it later.
