Medical gas is a life-safety system: the pipeline, the manifold, the alarm panel and the outlet at the bed head all have to be right, and all have to be provable at handover. We install the complete run — source, distribution, zone valves, alarms and terminal units — and pressure-test and purge it before commissioning.
Hospital air-conditioning is installed on the same contract where it is wanted: rooftop plant, ward and corridor ducting, and the diffusers and filtration a clinical area needs. Running both under one order means one team is accountable for the ceiling void instead of two trades working around each other.
