Service information
IS 17636:2021 exists because bunk beds fail in ways other furniture does not — guard rails, ladder fixing, the joint that carries the upper deck. We manufacture bunk beds under a BIS Standard Mark licence against that standard, certificate CM/L-7700298415, and that licence is the reason to buy them from us rather than from a fabricator working to a sketch.
The rest of the room comes from the same plants: wardrobes that take a term’s belongings, a study table that is actually usable, and the shoe rack that otherwise ends up as a pile by the door. One order, one programme, consistent finish across the block.

Yes. We hold a BIS Standard Mark licence against IS 17636:2021, certificate CM/L-7700298415, valid to May 2031. That is a product licence with a number on it, not a claim that the design was drawn with the standard open — which is a distinction worth insisting on when you are buying beds children will sleep in.
That is the normal way we take this work. Beds, wardrobes, study tables and racks all come from our own two plants in Dindori, Nashik, so a block is one schedule and one delivery programme with a consistent finish — rather than four suppliers whose powder coat does not quite match.
Yes — most institutional orders are. Send the drawing, the room layout or just the quantities and the sizes you need. Where an item is a variation on a model covered by one of our BIS licences we will say so, and where it is a fresh design we will say that too, because the two are not the same thing on a tender document.
Either way. Flat-packed reduces the delivery footprint and is usually right for a large block; assembled is quicker to put into service on a smaller order or a mid-term replacement. Tell us which suits the site and the access.
Send the bill of quantities, the room schedule or the tender document. You get back a priced scope against your line items and a dated delivery programme, and we will tell you plainly if any part of it is outside what we manufacture rather than quoting it and buying it in later.
