What this covers.
A pre-engineered building is only as good as the tolerances it was cut to. We fabricate in our own plants, which means we control the cutting, the welding and the finish, and we can hold a delivery schedule without depending on somebody else's shop floor.
Everything on this page can be delivered on its own or folded into a single turnkey contract alongside our other service lines — one drawing set, one schedule and one signature at handover.

01 Understand the Requirement
We begin by understanding the project requirements, site conditions, specifications and expected outcomes before moving into execution.
02 Design & Plan
Drawings, materials, specifications and execution plans are developed and reviewed to establish a clear path from concept to manufacturing.
03 Manufacture & Execute
Fabrication and manufacturing are carried out at our facilities with quality checks at key stages, followed by controlled site execution.
04 Deliver & Handover
Installation, commissioning, testing and documentation are completed before final handover, with support through project completion.

Questions
What buyers ask us first.
PEB design, supply and erection; heavy structural steel fabrication; industrial platforms, walkways and staircases; roofing, cladding and insulation systems; mezzanine floors and support structures; and site erection and alignment. Six sub-service areas sit under it, from industrial sheds and warehouse structures to structural engineering.
Yes — site erection and alignment is part of the published scope, and it is the point of buying a building from the organisation that fabricated it. The alternative is a fabricator, an erector and an argument about which of them owns a misaligned bay.
The design basis for a PEB is set by the tender: the load cases, the code and the site conditions come with the drawing set, and we design and fabricate to what is issued. If you want the codes and load assumptions confirmed for a specific enquiry before you shortlist, ask and we will state them for that scope in writing.
ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety, ISO 14001 for environmental management, MSME ZED Gold, and the MSME Lean Manufacturing Competitiveness Scheme at basic level. Every certificate number, issuing body and validity date is on the certifications page.
Send the drawing set, the bill of quantities or just the tender document. We come back with a priced scope and a dated programme against your milestones, and we will tell you plainly if any part of the scope is outside what we manufacture rather than quoting it and sub-letting it later.
